An instructive course can only be successful if every participant brings the necessary prior knowledge and ability to the course. Please take your level of riding technique into account. You should be able to adjust your bike to your needs, ride smoothly on trails and be able to cover 250 metres in altitude and 20 km. You should also be able to use the basic and active position on challenging terrain, ride tight bends smoothly and be able to brake in a controlled manner on steep terrain.

Protective equipment & MTB must be available.
